1.16. Delete account

Attention!

  • The confirmation code is sent only to the account's email. If there is no access to the email, individuals and FOP need to submit a request for access restoration, while legal entities should change the email to one that is accessible.
  • Notification of successful deletion is not sent. When attempting to log in as the deleted user, the system will report that such a user is not found.
  • Account email is released upon deletion and can be used in another account.
  1. Prepare the account for deletion:
  2. In the "Personal data" section, open the "Basic info" tab.
  3. In the "Delete account" section, click "Delete":
  4. Enter the code from the email sent to the account's email, and click "Confirm".
  5. Click "Delete account".
