1.2.4. Change account password

Important points:

  • The new password must be different from the old ones.
  • All active sessions except the current one will be reset.
  • If you are not logged in to your account and do not remember your current password:

Current password is known

  1. Open the "Personal data" section and switch to the "Basic info" tab.
  2. In the "Password" block, click "Change":
  3. In the window that appears, enter current password, then new password twice and click "Change":

Current password is unknown

  1. Open the "Personal data" section and switch to the "Basic info" tab.
  2. In the "Password" block, click "Reset" (you can click no more than once every 10 minutes):
  3. A message with a link to the password reset form will be sent to your account email. Wait for the message and follow the link (valid for 10 minutes):
  4. In the "New password" field, enter or generate a new password for your account and click "Save".
